1. General Information
Registration required • Arrive 10–15 minutes early
Registration All speakers, chairpersons, and presenters are required to be registered for the Congress. Please collect your badge at the registration desk before your session.
Arrival Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the session begins and introduce themselves to the room attendant or technical staff.
2. Oral & Symposium Presentations
PowerPoint (.pptx) • English • Send the day before
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint format (.pptx) using a 16:9 widescreen layout.
All presentations should be delivered in English.
Presenters are strongly encouraged to send their presentation file to
evrim.gokce@unicaen.fr, ideally
the day before their scheduled presentation.
Alternatively, presentations may be uploaded using a USB key
during the break immediately preceding the session.
Standard fonts (Calibri, Arial, Verdana, Times New Roman) are recommended. If other fonts are used, they should be embedded.
Files should not be password-protected or encrypted. Please keep a backup copy available.
3. Chairperson Guidelines
Manage timing • Introduce speakers • Facilitate discussion
Chairpersons ensure smooth session flow and interaction.
They are kindly invited to arrive 15 minutes before the session and coordinate with technical staff.

- Follow presentation order
- Ensure timing is respected
- Facilitate Q&A
Each presentation: 15 minutes total (12 + 3 Q&A)
4. Speaker Guidelines
Introduce yourself • Follow chair instructions • Respect timing
Speakers are encouraged to introduce themselves to the chairperson and confirm correct pronunciation of their name and institution.
Please follow the chairperson’s guidance at all times, especially regarding timing.
Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes (12 + 3 Q&A).
5. Poster Guidelines
A0 vertical • Structured format • Attend your session
Posters should be prepared in A0 vertical format (841 × 1189 mm).
Recommended structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Posters should be mounted in the morning of the assigned day and removed at the end of the same day. Presenters are encouraged to attend their scheduled poster session and interact with participants.
