All submissions must be in English. By submitting, authors agree to the rules below and to register if accepted.

Select One Option
- SYMPOSIUM: 45–90 min session with 3–5 talks from different speakers.
- INDIVIDUAL TALK: 12 min presentation followed by 3 min discussion.
- POSTER: 3 min presentation during the poster session.
Symposia – Two-Step Process
Step 1 – Proposal (by Nov 30th, 2025): The chair submits:
- Format on site: 45–90 min total
- Symposium title (max. 20 words)
- Rationale (max. 350 words): theme, objectives, relevance to aging & physical activity
- 3–5 presenters (name, affiliation, country) + provisional talk titles
Minimum requirements: at least 2 countries represented; gender balance strongly encouraged.
Step 2 – If accepted (decision by Dec 15th, 2025): each presenter submits an individual abstract (max. 350 words, structured: Background – Methods – Results – Conclusions) by 30 Jan 2026. Abstracts are peer-reviewed and included in the Book of Abstracts. Reallocation policy: If a symposium is not selected, individual talks may be considered as oral or poster presentations.
Individual Talks
- Submission (by Dec 31st, 2025) structured abstract : Background – Methods – Results – Conclusions (max. 350 words)
- Decision: by 15 Feb 2026
- Format: 16:9, PowerPoint or PDF (template will be provided)
- Presentation: 12 min + 3 min Q&A
- Reallocation: the Scientific Committee may propose a poster presentation when more appropriate
Posters
- Submission (by Dec 31st, 2025) structured abstract : Background – Methods – Results – Conclusions (max. 350 words)
- Decision: by 15 Feb 2026
- Format: A0 vertical (841 × 1189 mm), portrait
- Presentation: 3 min during the poster session
- Display: mount in the morning of your assigned day; remove at day’s end; attend the poster session
